When looking for a new place to live, it’s a good idea to research the neighborhoods. Here are a few things you can do:

Drive around near the homes you are considering. Go through the neighborhood a few different days at a few different times.
Find out who your neighbors are. Why would you want to do this? You might not want to move in next door to a violent criminal, sex offender, etc. This may take a little time, but could be well worth it. To see who lives next door, you’ll need to check the county tax records. Once you have a name, look them up on case net. Then you can take it a step further by doing a search on the Missouri Sex Offender Registry.
